You schedule a virtual consultation with a board-certified sleep specialist, we ship an FDA-cleared sleep testing device to your home, you wear it for one night while sleeping in your own bed, and your physician reviews the results and creates a personalized treatment plan within 24 hours.

Is home sleep testing covered by insurance?

Yes. Home Sleep Center is in-network with Medicare, Anthem Blue Cross, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Health Net, Tricare, and Blue Shield of California. Self-pay options are also available.

What sleep disorders do you treat?

We diagnose and treat sleep apnea, insomnia, restless leg syndrome, narcolepsy, and other sleep disorders through our nationwide telehealth platform.

Program Description

Home Sleep Center offers SMS communications to patients and prospective patients who opt in. Messages may include appointment reminders, scheduling updates, billing notifications, treatment information, and responses to your inquiries.

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our website, online forms, or in person, you expressly consent to receive SMS/text messages from Home Sleep Center at the number provided. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. You may receive transactional messages (like appointment confirmations) and occasional informational messages relevant to your care.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile plan. Home Sleep Center does not charge for SMS messages, but your wireless carrier may.

Opt-Out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt back in. Reply HELP to any message for support.
