Sleep Apnea Treatment That Actually Fits Your Life.
Sleep apnea isn't one-size-fits-all. Your treatment shouldn't be either.
Obstructive sleep apnea affects more than 25 million American adults, but the right therapy depends on the severity of your condition, your anatomy, your lifestyle, and what you'll actually use night after night. Our specialists work with you to build a plan that lasts.
Treatment options
Therapy is matched to your diagnosis, preferences, and long-term success — not to what's easiest to prescribe.
CPAP therapy
The gold standard for moderate-to-severe sleep apnea. Modern machines are quiet, comfortable, and shipped directly to your home with full setup support.
Oral appliance therapy
For patients with mild-to-moderate apnea or those who can't tolerate CPAP, custom-fit dental devices can keep your airway open through the night.
Lifestyle & positional therapy
Weight management, positional therapy, and sleep hygiene coaching can dramatically reduce symptoms — often as part of a combination plan.
Why CPAP compliance matters
Most patients don't fail CPAP — CPAP fails them. The wrong mask, the wrong pressure, or the wrong support team can turn life-changing therapy into a frustrating box in the closet. Our team focuses on the first 90 days, when compliance habits are formed.
- Mask fitting with multiple options to find the right one
- Pressure titration based on your actual data, not estimates
- Comfort settings dialed in (humidity, ramp, EPR)
- Weekly check-ins during the adjustment period
- 90-day compliance reporting handled for you
Common questions
Do I have to use a CPAP forever?
Most patients with moderate-to-severe sleep apnea benefit from long-term therapy, but treatment can evolve. Some patients reduce or eliminate their dependence through significant weight loss, positional therapy, or surgical options. Treatment is reassessed regularly based on your progress.
What if I can't tolerate the CPAP mask?
Mask intolerance is the #1 reason CPAP fails — and it's almost always solvable. We work through different mask types (nasal pillows, full face, hybrid), pressure adjustments, and humidity settings until you find what works. If CPAP truly isn't right for you, oral appliance therapy is an excellent alternative for many patients.
Will treatment really help my daytime fatigue?
For most patients, yes — often dramatically. Untreated sleep apnea causes hundreds of micro-arousals per night that prevent restorative sleep. When treatment works, patients commonly report feeling more rested within the first few weeks, with significant improvements in energy, focus, mood, and cardiovascular health over time.
